HiveOS is a great Linux OS for mining. It is not striped down like some of the other Linux mining OSs. I know Linux so that I can look at logs and debug problems, not that I have many. It even allows you set up a custom miner. Customer services is the best. I just had a chat with customer services and the rep understood my issue and solved it quickly.

GUI is down all the time. Very hard to flash BIOS because their GUI barely works on a good day. The Hive pool scammed me several thousand dollars in underpaid shares, by paying out people tricking the system with invalid shares and/or scamming people mining using their pool. Support deletes all my discord help messages regarding this. They have poor transparency and they go out of their way to silence people who complain.

Hello! We will be happy to help you solve your problem, but to do this please contact technical support through our website in the online chat https://hiveos.farm/
Good team, just think they must tell miners before to choose Hiveon wallet get looked if once miners Internet connection is a tiny not so stable & push stale up to 5%... Sometimes to unlock it Telegram admin can be really hard with some miners like the otherday he replied to a miner like this: "If you re not happy go somewhere else".. I dont think only because you re a Telegram Admin you can reply like this to miners, I think it is not mniners fault if stale sometimes are up to 5%, miners dont control internet connection...
