Oscar Health tried to enroll me without…
Oscar Health tried to enroll me without my consent. Sent me a bill for $862 dollars. I called customer service and they said they could not give me any information on the bill until I gave them all the details of my Bank debit card or a visa or a Mastercard. I continuously refused and was hung up on by 3 different agents.

They send u a list of dr.s taking new…
They send u a list of dr.s taking new patients well have of them arnt. You can't understand the person when you call them and I still havnt received my cards. Then when you apply it says you can keep your dr. Nope they said I had to change. So I kicked them to the curb and went back to blue cross blue shield

Don't care about you
This company doesn't care about you at all. After 8 months of hurting with it only getting worse, they denied request for an mri twice!! Being told, basically, that the use of my hands is not life altering and the mri is not medically necessary.

Absolutely horrible company
Absolutely horrible company. Worst insurance ever, and one of the only ones available in the Marketplace. Affordable care? Nope. I can't believe our government thinks this is acceptable for anyone. Huge co-pays and out of pockets, they deny way more claims than they pay, pre-authorizations are always denied, horrible customer service, no specialists within 3 hours of my major big city. Just ridiculous, a rip-off and they should be put out of business.

Worse health insurance
Worse health insurance! Half the doctors are no good. Specialty doctors take months to be see and God forbid you get sick while out of town. Get ready to pay a HUGE bill bx they won't cover unless you end up in the E.R dying.

I went to urgent care on 3/15/24…
I went to urgent care on 3/15/24 because I wasn't feeling well. Piedmont Urgent Care does not take Oscar Insurance here in Georgia. They told me that I would have to pay $210 up front just to be seen by the doctor, so I ended up leaving, but come to find out that I am sick with Covid...smdh. I'm looking at the reviews and Oscar has a one ⭐. Lord help us all. No one takes Oscar Insurance but Grady Clinics and Grady Hospital apparently!!

Don't trust the app
Insect bite, swelling, itching, pain and area is hot. Went on the Oscar app to find an Urgent care "in network" found one, clicked on directions, drive and hour only to find that that don't accept Oscar! $150 out of pocket!
