I ordered a belt bag from Himoda
I ordered a belt bag from Himoda. I never received it. They asked me lots of questions but did not replace it or reimburse me. They asked me to contact USPS which I did and they confirmed that they delivered it. but I didn't get it. I have already bought another bag so I would prefer a reimbursement

Hi Susan, thank you for your feedback. we are sorry that you have negative experience here. As USPS tracking record shows that your package was delivered in your mailbox at 5:18 pm on 21st February, 2023, we requested you to try to contact USPS to check on this. The only one question we ever asked is if you could ontact USPS on this. This is the standard procedure when a delivered package reported missing as USPS may provide you a GPS scan to help you find it. Sorry if this caused inconvenience to you. We would be happy to ship another one or refund it once you confirm with USPS on this. Appreciate your understanding. Best regards!

The strap wasn’t long enough
The strap wasn’t long enough. I didn’t know what to do with the semi short one. The rest of the wallet looks good and is very useful.
