Thank you so much for this wonderful review! Hearing that your husband found the boots warmer, drier, and more comfortable than any he’s worn before truly means a lot to us — especially knowing they helped with his plantar fasciitis. Comfort and performance are exactly what we strive for. We’re thrilled they’ve earned his approval (especially from someone who’s fussy!), and we’re honored to be part of a “win-win” boot he can rely on for years to come. Thank you for choosing Hillman and for sharing your experience!

We’re truly glad to hear your kind words about our products and craftsmanship — that means a great deal to our team. At the same time, we completely understand how frustrating the shipping experience must have been, especially when the jacket was needed for hunting season. Unfortunately, carrier issues like this are outside of our direct control, but we’re grateful for your patience and for recognizing our team’s efforts to stay with you every step of the way. We always aim to advocate for our customers until the issue is resolved. We appreciate your understanding and your support, and we hope your jacket serves you well on many future adventures. Thank you for choosing Hillman.

We’re thrilled to hear that your boots performed so well during deer season and held up over long hikes on challenging terrain. Great traction, comfort, and easy on/off are exactly what we aim for, so it’s wonderful to know the lace tightening system worked well for you. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re glad the boots proved to be well worth the investment. Best of luck on future hunts and adventures!

We’re really pleased to hear that you found the bag to be highly waterproof — that’s something we put a lot of focus into. We do appreciate your feedback regarding the noise, as materials designed for maximum waterproofing can sometimes be a little stiffer. Your comments are valuable and will be shared with our product team as we continue to improve future designs. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review — we hope you continue to enjoy using the bag.
