bought three of these, none work, return policy is a joke. cost more to send back than purchase. junk, do not buy, waste of your hard earned money. ripoff

Purchased a neck massager. Very poor quality, shock hazard. Very difficult to actually identify Hilipert as the seller, since PayPal invoice said "Technology Trade." No return address. No response to email. Return address on package said "1000 High St, Parth Amboy, New York." The zip code corresponds to PERTH Amboy, New Jersey. All reviews suggest that IF I receive a response, they will instruct me to send this back to China at a cost in excess of what I paid for the device, and MAY offer me $7 token refund. Complaint filed with PayPal, this company should not be allowed to use PayPal.

Very poor. Ordered this vest with the understanding that return was easy if it wasn't satisfactory. This is not the case. Return shipping was not included and I was told would be $50-$70, more than the cost of the vest. Instead I was offered an $8 refund. Also battery pack was not included and the advertising did not make that clear. Never again

Wish I had read the reviews on this company. Bought heated jacket as a Christmas gift. It's terrible, cheap, defective. Notified company via email. Got a response for me to mail back their defective product at my expense! Plus pay for tracking! This company is out of China...so shipping would be very costly or they offered me a $8 refund for jacket that I paid over $100 Canadian. Hope this saves someone their $$$

I ordered these in Nov received them dec.7..very disappointed in quality, but have to keep them as they were Christmas present! Quality was cheap!

Everything bad written about this Company is true and on the mark. I ordered a heated vest and it was the wrong size and you call their phone number and it says all agents are busy CLICK. This outfit is a SCAM!!!!!
