Como reportei pelo WhatsApp, a diferença de cotação hoje foi algo brutal, fez bastante falta. Dessa forma fará mais sentido usar a TechFX.

First, the customer service is super responsive. Also, big shout-out to Maria from HiGlobe’s support team — she was super responsive and really helpful when I had questions. Thanks, Maria! Second, the transactions are faster and smoother. I received my funds without hassle, and I could see everything clearly. I honestly think it’s one of the best options for freelancers who want to maximize their salary.

Good: easy and fast to use, fair rates Bad: no mobile app, magic link doesnt work in anonymous tab, kinda annoying that I have to log into my email.

I made a bad comment about Higlobe here, but they solved my problem, correcting the issues on the platform and providing me with a credit. Awesome platform, I'll definitely keep using it. Amazing customer support.

Hi, Gabriel! We’ve carefully listened to our users’ feedback regarding the exchange rate, and as a result, we’ve recently implemented some improvements to address some exchange rate discrepancies that may have been occurring due to Higlobe's use of USDC when converting to BRL. We ask that you consider checking the exchange rate behavior on the Higlobe platform once more before making a final decision to switch to another service, as you may notice a positive difference. If you still notice any discrepancies or anything preventing you from getting the lowest possible cost, please contact our support team.
