Great gear, but the company will take your money for "in stock" items, and then not deliver for at least 12 weeks, if ever. Lead times are not published on the website, so it's not possible to know this until you order (and they take your money). Buy HSGI in stock at a brick and mortar dealer. I ended up getting a refund from HSGI when I found the items I wanted in stock at a local sporting goods store.

This took over 8 weeks to receive even though the shipping stated it would be shipped in 3-7 business days.

Never received product due to them having supply issues. I ended up cancelling order. Customer service was friendly when cancelling order.

While you have always offered great products, two issues: 1) 8+ wks to deliver and I needed to follow up to ask you about my order. 2) 511 tactical is now in the taco business (although they call their rip off something else) and not doing a bad job of it.

Shipping took way too long. Great products, just took forever to get to my door.

It took months to get my belt and I can appreciate that it’s made in the US but, it is of very low quality. It has zero rigidity without the inner belt and the stitching looks like it was mostly hand done. The loops are not consistent in their size and required a lot of force to attach equipment.

Confirmation email on purchase is great. Zero contact on shipping updates. Shipping is incredibly slow.

I made my purchase on November 16th which is now over five days ago. Since then I have not received any confirmation that my items have shipped or been advised when they might ship. I think it would be a better experience if the company knowing the wait times could keep their customers informed better.
