I called and asked how is your day going, and July on the phone said good and did not say anything else. So that’s how I know the person on the phone is not gonna be helpful and kindly requested another rep or someone from the sales team. She lied and said they’re on meeting. I rather not do business with these people.

Careful with these guys, I only halfway signed up when I noticed something not right with my app. They then proceed to spam and blow you up on text, phone, and email with no respect and no regard for the potential customer.

Hi Jeff, Thanks for the feedback – sorry to hear the experience didn’t meet your expectations. Our team made a couple of follow-up attempts after you contacted us through our website, and we opted you out of communication once you let us know you weren’t interested. We wish you the best in securing merchant services, and if you ever need help in the future, we’re here. – High Risk Pay Team
