We had a little issue and their staff couldn’t have been nicer to us to help solve it. Replies were within minutes, and the tone in those, and in calls was so nice it lowered the stress level otherwise involved in potentially a costly issue.

Very happy I was able to obtain a new merchant account! They were very responsive and were able to address all our questions. We were back up and running in under 72 hours after Stripe shut down our account with no notice. Highly recommend!
