The Pixel Point TV support team is very friendly and diligent. Whenever I have needed their help, they have clearly understood my problem and resolved it quickly. I highly recommend this platform.

Best customer service I've ever received in my lifetime - and not AI canned replies! Everytime I contact them with miscellaneous questions (for example my latest question was if I can switch devices because my laptop is at end of life), the reply is swift, clear, human, and helpful! I appreciate you guys and gals from CS! <3

Never had issues, been a happy member for a while. Their CS is the best, in my opinion, other sites should model them- always prompt and helpful. I appreciate you all. Please stay in business forever ! :)
