This is a brilliant service. I bought the router and the vpn service and have never been let down by it. Any queries I have is answered within 24 hours. Very good service as I'm in UK and service run from America. James is amazing and nothing is too much trouble for him. Thanks for all there knowledge and assistance which is invaluable to me.

Several times now, and again today, January 26 2022, I got excellent service from James at Hiddenrouter so some issues were solved and software was adapted. Both my routers, the premium and the budget giving outstanding performance the last couple of years, both in China and the Netherlands, plus the quick and extensive support makes this a 5star product
