Person was patient and informative

Not transparent in the slightest. They will tell you there’s no pre payment penalty in the application process but that’s a lie, they will charge you the full amount and the full interest. I understand it’s a risky loan place but be transparent when people are applying. Lastly, they never even sent the funds so not sure how that’s a loan lol. I’ve tried reaching out to support but they’d rather send me an email to give them a review than to tell me why I haven’t received funds. Steer clear, try Albert or something if you’re in a tough spot.

Everything went fine. My only recommendation is when it comes to explaining the payback options. Take a little more time. I don’t think people are gonna be shocked at the amount that it could potentially be, and with the advent of the Internet now people understand about early payoff penalties, and the such so give them more credit That they understand what is taking place. The associate who helped me was fantastic.

Didn't even apply for that much and that's hate I'm getting heybim a happy camper if I get that much
