Thanks for your feedback. Most customers love the Hey abby Grow Box for its automation and ease of use—the app takes care of all the settings so you don’t have to worry. That said, if you prefer more control, especially for setting your own light schedule, we recommend using Pro Mode, which gives you full flexibility. We’re always working to improve the app experience for all users, including tent growers, and appreciate your input.

Thank you for your feedback. After looking into your case, we found that you placed your order through a third-party website and initially reached out to our customer support team for tracking information. Since the order wasn't placed directly on our website, we couldn't locate it or provide the order status right away. The third party also contacted us, stating that you had reached out to them about connectivity issues with your grow boxes and difficulties in reaching our customer support team. Once we received your information, we contacted you directly. From your review, it seems like your grow boxes are now working well, and we're glad to hear that you're enjoying them! For future reference, please use O#17234 when contacting our customer support team about these grow boxes. This will help us locate your information quickly and assist you more efficiently. Thank you for your feedback. We value every review as it helps us improve our products and services. We have noted your communication with our grower and customer support teams. According to our grower, your seed is ready to be transplanted into the cube foam sponge. Regarding shipping inquiries, all tracking numbers were emailed as soon as the items were shipped, and shipping ETAs are clearly listed on our product pages. Due to high demand, some items may sell out quickly, but we are working to restock them as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by back-ordered items and understand the frustration of waiting for your order. Regarding product quality, we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Your comment that none of the products met your expectations was surprising to us, but we understand that every customer has different expectations. The difference in readings between the app and the humidity/temp smart sensor is normal, as the sensors are in different locations. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please reach out to us directly if you need further assistance.
