Easy and convenient process

Parts were exactly as described and shipping was super fast!!!!!! everything is installed and working good

If the part don’t work they replace

Ordered a starter which was delivered with a defect. HexAutoParts was notified and they cross-shipped a new starter within one day. Lowest Price with the most cooperative Customer Service. I have saved them as my first bookmark for car parts.

Customer service was excellent. I received just what I was looking for. Thank you!

Recieved part fit but does not work. Pain to change and adjust, and the part is a piece of crap. No output!!

Had to modify 1 of my wires to make it work ,not a big deal other than that everything was great. The part came pretty quick and is working great. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am completely satisfied with my experience!

Gold #520, 8200# tensile strength, non o-ring chain ordered Saturday, with free shipping, here Monday. Very thick side plates, clean, quad-peened on every pin end. Very satisfied.
