Buyers beware of 'Herspark's' business…

Buyers beware of 'Herspark's' business practices, particularly their 'Hidden or Forced Subscription' policy. When trying products that may alleviate health issues, customers typically test them before subscribing. I purchased the supplement in late November and continue to use it, still evaluating its effectiveness. Given the scarcity of products addressing women's issues post-menopause, I'm pleased that some women have found this product beneficial. However, the company's automatic subscription policy, despite not being clearly agreed upon, raises concerns. The absence of a customer service phone number hinders effective communication. Upon receiving an unexpected shipment of three more bottles, I contacted Support Service and was informed that I had opted for a subscription. When I asked them to show me the subscription agreement, they failed to provide it. Their policy demands a minimum commitment of two billing cycles before cancellation, which seems unfair and financially driven. This experience highlights the importance of understanding a company's policies before making a purchase.
