Priced at spot is always a winner

The bars I received looked like new. I got them quickly after my money cleared. I’m very satisfied with HERO.

Product came as expected within a reasonable time frame given the markets. Packaging was great with no damage and everything secure.

Received an item in poor condition vastly different than advertised, ordered and paid for. Clear indication that Hero Bullion knew they were shipping something other than ordered. Hero Bullion is not timely responding to emails or voice messages. Failure to respond is not acceptable.
