The 3 stars are for the price and availability. The wrinkle eraser is a 5+++. While in Niagara Falls in Canada, my sister and I were approached on the street by a sales rep. We both inherited dark puffy under eye circles from our dad, and the Wrinkle Eraser, which my sister bought for each of us,is a game changer. I love love love it. But I can’t afford it, and all the reviews I’ve read on multiple sites where it is in the $100 range are filled with reports of getting a bogus product or an empty product. I know there must be products out there that reduce the puffiness as well as the King Yubari Wrinkle Eraser. Anybody know of something?

Unbelievable! After using Hermetise for the past four years, I can say that my skin definitely looks a lot better , tighter and lighter. I am super grateful for this skin care line , worth every dollar I've invested. Thank you !

I usually never get sweet talked at malls into buying things but a few months ago, while in Virginia, I was convinced (by an Israeli girl who was really very personable and I find most people totally annoying) into buying the body scrub and body butter and I LOVE THEM BOTH. Seriously, I’m a skin product junkie and both of these actually make me a happier person, lol. Now, I don’t know if it’s table salt or junk ingredients or what but I think those two products are great in both the way it makes my skin so smooth and its smell, which I love. Well, I just reordered on line and am a little nervous based on the other reviews but Stephanie sounds helpful so, at least there’s that.

Total scam! Last summer, at Broadway Square in Tyler, TX. I was looking for something for puffy eyes, with dark circles. The lady, who said she was Israeli, but lives in NYC, talked very fast, and said that the price was $1300. I started to walk out, and she stopped me, and dropped the price about 80%. That was still too high. Then she asked me what I would pay. Foolishly, I bought the "magic" cream for $150. She then showed me her cell phone with "messages" from "clients" who praised her and the product to high Heaven. One of the names was a friend here in Tyler (I suspect that my friend has no idea that her name is being used). I am using making myself use the cream, since it is a cream. I'll use it up, but won't make that mistake another time. My husband and I were at the mall during Christmas. We walked by their store and the female shill started talking. I just laughed and said that I wouldn't fall for that again...and walked off. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! ITS A SCAM!

High-pressure sales approach, very annoying when the salesperson keeps talking while patting cream around your eyes. Just as others described here, I wound up walking around with crusty white circles under my eyes for hours, completely unaware of how obvious it was. I bought one product after the salesperson reduced the price three times, but now realize that it was still grossly over-priced - and ineffective. When you see these kiosks in the mall, run in the other direction!

I recently bought tresor rare and opatra products from an Israeli guy in Westfield london (white city). Was a huge rip off. When I came home, I realised I have been cheated. He sold me tresor rare golden luxe mask for £3000 saying its actual price is £6000. I called tresor rare shop in london and the price was £1000. On top of it, if you use the mask, you will realise, its not even worth £2.0 Surprised Westfield staff is unaware of this man. Should be kicked off immediately.

Attn Stephanie/trustpilot Total scam however Stephanie has done great in trying to support Hermetise on its products. Bad deal all the other places selling the stuff is not as up front as they should be.. Another lesson learned Google before buying ANYTHING had I don't that they wouldn't have gotten anything from me. Such a sucker....
