Heritage Book PublishingReviews of heritagebookpublishing.com

I was wanting to write a story about my life experiences for my grandchildren and great grandchildren. I wrote down about 7500 words of different events that had happened in my life. I contacted Heritage Book. to help me put this all together. Katherine Walker and Denzil helped me string my stories together that made them a lot more interesting thank you very much for all your help.

I am a new author and I’m so thankful Tonya e found Heritage Publishing. They are literally helping me make my dreams come true in this industry. They have walked me through every step of the publishing process and I’m already making royalties. I couldn’t say enough to express how thankful I am for this company

I know there are negative reviews on this company but my experience hasn’t been anything close to what has been shared. Ive knew coming in what I wanted to see with my 2 books and I am getting something better. My book Manager Dan and his team has done a superb job on fixing any issues i discover and they handle my issues in a timely manner. While i did most of the work on creating, the changes made will likely grow my sales and I an thankful for that! I received a quality product and i certainly would recommend them to my friends.

Thanks this should complete my review.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Great Experience with Heritage Book Publishing I had a wonderful experience with Heritage Book Publishing. Their team was professional, supportive, and attentive throughout the entire process. From the initial onboarding to the publishing and marketing guidance, everything was handled smoothly. The team genuinely cares about their clients and makes the publishing journey much easier. I would definitely recommend Heritage Book Publishing to anyone looking to bring their book to life!

Please ignore all positive reviews on this website as they are most likely fake and entirely misleading. My ultimate experience with this company I can only describe to be (for lack of a better term) rape. From the initial call they said they would get my book edited and published in 3-4 weeks for $400. And that sounds nice to consider. This is where I was entirely misled. They assigned me a “project manager” who held my book hostage for weeks and extorted me for as much money as possible. When the project was finally completed, three months later, I was scammed out $1500 for subpar work. They had used AI on my cover and the text has extreme errors. This is the part where I was seriously considering killing myself. I felt so hopeless. One year of effort into a book I felt passionate about, just to have my money stolen and work jacked up to the point of non-recognition . To be honest I still feel like killing myself. I feel raped through and through and this company should feel ashamed at what they do to people who pay for a service they don’t receive. I wish there was a way to get my many months and thousands back and I don’t know if it is possible. I feel so hopeless and if my suffering means anything I hope it prevents your own. Steer clear of this illegitimate company and publish on your own. Edit: 9/24/26 Heritage Book Publishing has asked me to take down this review. I will not because a review like this could have saved me from getting scammed by the illegitimate company that uses AI to edit material. God willing these people all go to jail and face judgement before the Most High for their dishonest business practices.

People I dealt with were very nice and helpful. I did have to go through a "do - over" because the page count evidently did not match up with my first estimate. Not a great big deal but if it could have been done right the first time . . . etc. I loved dealing with Katherine. She was sweet and kind and to the point. However, the first time she called me today she was totally unintelligible because of some background noise. She had to hang up & call me back, which she did very politely. Blessings on you all in the Lord's name!

Go Nowhere Else! The most professional and supportive people you will ever work with. Sometimes, the process takes time, but the team I dealt with understood that and gently guided me through every step without ever being pushy. All the effort ultimately culminated in a book that I am extremely pleased with. This is my second time working with Heritage Book Publishing, and I already have plans for two more books in the works. I will definitely continue working with Heritage Book Publishing.
