Here and Now TravelReviews of hereandnowtravel.com

I pretty much have exclusively traveled with Here & Now Travel for my last few international trips. I’ve traveled with other tour companies and had great experiences with them as well, but I somehow always find myself coming back to H&NT. After seven trips with them over the past four-ish years, I can honestly say I’ve had an amazing experience every single time. I work as an Executive Assistant, so planning, organization, and logistics are literally my life, which means I’m pretty particular when it comes to travel. But honestly, I barely even read the itinerary before my trips! Usually, I don’t look closely until it’s time to start packing, which I realize is a little crazy. But I think that’s a testament to how much I trust the team to plan a fun and amazing trip. After seven trips, they haven’t failed me yet. Every trip has been memorable in its own way, and the amazing tour guides I’ve had along the way have made each experience that much better. I always come home already thinking about where I can go with H&NT next. They’ve definitely become my go-to for international travel, and I can’t recommend them enough! ALSO - 4 of the 7 trips I’ve done have been solo, so don’t let that deter you from booking! Coming from a resident shy girl, I promise you’ll have fun!

We just returned from our third trip with Here & Now. The itineraries are great. The small groups make it feel personal. But the guides are why we keep booking. We just got back from Greece, and our guide Vickie was out of this world. She knew every site inside and out, and she never left a question hanging. She ordered for the table, picked the wine, and dove off the tops of boats right alongside us. We danced and danced and danced together. I've been home 10 days and I've thought about her every single day since. I'd be remiss not to mention Leia, our guide in Croatia. Same experience. Same level of care, knowledge, and fun. Thank you, Here and Now, for making international travel easy and affordable for young adults. You make it feel special, too. Three trips down, and y'all can count on us for many more!

My husband and I like Here & Now so much we have gone on not 1 trip, but 2 trips with them. Our first trip we booked was Cuba in 2023 and our second trip was Colombia in 2025. We booked the trip to Cuba since we thought it would be so cool to be able to go since it's tough to figure out how to go on one's own. It was also really well priced and almost everything was included except the flight and a couple meals. We wanted to go somewhere else cool and saw Here & Now had Colombia and Guatemala as trips on their calendar. We decided to go with Colombia and had the best time. Each trip we have met amazing people of all ages, backgrounds, races. It is so nice to meet likeminded working professionals who also like to spend their time and money on travelling and new experiences. I like that they offer booking with a roommate to make things more affordable. You can even pay on a self induced payment plan each month which is what we did to make travelling more friendly for our finances. We 100% recommend Here and Now Travel and will book third trip with them soon! :)

I really appreciate that the itinerary was handled with care. Each day has a group activity but lots of free time to roam or relax. It was the perfect balance! I really felt like I had unique experiences that I probably wouldn’t book myself and I’m so grateful for that. Our guide Vickie really gave me the sense I was getting a local’s view of each city. She also was patient answering our numerous questions about Greek history and culture. Overall, each day was amazing and I have no complaints! I would definitely book a trip with Here and Now again and Vickie!

I’ve been on 6 trips with Here and Now Travel (Iceland, Cuba, Portugal, Croatia, Guatemala, and Costa Rica). I’ve loved all of my trips! Each trip is well-planned out and has a great itinerary. I love that everything is already planned for me! All of the tour directors have been so kind and were great at keeping us organized and on track. Highly recommend using Here and Now Travel!!

I’ve done several trips with Here and Now over the last several years and across 3 continents. Every place has such a unique experience, whether it’s the history, the sights, the culture, and most importantly, the FOOD! But what all of these trips have in common is the Here and Now secret recipe: 1) Amazing guides. I hate to even call them guides as each of them made you feel like an old friend by the end of the trip. Their immense knowledge of each country, and their ability to organize and navigate a trip is seamless. 2) Off the beaten path itineraries and activities. You know when you go to another country and you pull up to see a massive parking lot with dozens of coach buses with people who could be your grandparents age? Yeah you don’t see those on these trips. You get to see places and do activites that still embrace the local culture, but without fighting crowds. 3) The people. You get to go in small groups with like minded folks, all with the same goal of having an amazing experience. I’ve had the privilege of being on trips with people from all over and all walks of life and the extra honor of calling many of them life long friends now. Even going to each others weddings! 4) NO THINKING. Look, I love traveling and planning my own trips as much as the next person. But sometimes after a long week at work I just want to turn off my brain and go. And with Here and Now, I know and trust that I will get to go on an amazing trip that hits all the points and all I had to do was get myself to the airport. Honestly, just stop reading and book. You won’t regret it.

I’ve done 7 trips with Here & Now if that tells you a Turing about the quality of these trips! I’m fully obsessed. Each trip is immersive, fun, engaging, unique, and unforgettable. Perfectly curated and it’s so great meeting so many amazing people. Cant recommend it enough!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Best Way to Experience the World I've now traveled with Here & Now Travel on four incredible international trips: Guatemala, Costa Rica, Cuba, and Colombia, and I can honestly say I can't wait to book my next adventure with them. What sets Here & Now apart is that they don't just take you to a destination, they help you truly experience it. Their partnerships with local guides are outstanding. Every trip has provided authentic cultural experiences, meaningful connections with local communities, and insights that I never would have found traveling on my own. Their commitment to sustainability is another reason I keep coming back. It's clear they care deeply about supporting local economies, responsible tourism, and creating experiences that leave a positive impact on the places they visit. From a practical standpoint, the value is unbeatable. The trips are incredibly well-organized, thoughtfully curated, and cost-effective for everything that's included. There are no surprises, no hidden fees, and complete transparency throughout the planning process. Communication is exceptional from start to finish. Whether it's pre-trip information, travel logistics, or support during the trip, the team is always responsive, proactive, and professional. As someone who appreciates organization, I continue to be amazed by how seamless every detail feels. The itineraries are perfectly balanced, the logistics are handled flawlessly, and I never have to worry about a thing once I arrive. But my favorite part of traveling with Here & Now is the people. Every trip has introduced me to a group of curious, adventurous, and like-minded travelers, many of whom have become lifelong friends. There is something special about sharing these experiences together, and the community they create is unlike anything I've found elsewhere. If you're looking for the best way to see the world, connect with incredible people, and experience destinations in a meaningful and responsible way, I cannot recommend Here & Now Travel highly enough. Four trips down, many more to go! 🌎✈️❤️
