I ordered the 24th

I purchased from herb & olive on the 24th of January and although the shipping was supposed to be a week it ended up being 2-which I wasn’t pleased with but there was a big storm preventing shipping in a timely manner. Which I can understand. When I finally received my package one of my bottles had broken on its 2 week voyage here-I emailed & received a quick response offering a refund or replacement. I’m very impressed with the customer service and how quickly I was responded to. So I came back to give a better review ✌🏽 Highly recommend this company and their high quality evoo

Helen, Thank you for your feedback. Our number one priority is our customers. I've reviewed your order, and see that you ordered on January 24 and selected ground shipping. The estimated delivery time was 7 business days. I checked your tracking number and it says the package will arrive on Thursday February 2, which falls under the 7 business day window. Please know, if you ever want something expedited in the future, we offer 2-day shipping as well. I'm also available 24/7 if you ever need to reach out and speak with me directly at [email protected]. Regarding the cost for shipping, I understand that this sounds expensive. You ordered 8 bottles of olive oil, 4 of which were given to you for free with your BOGO discount ($60 value). These products are heavy glass and can get expensive to ship larger quantities. As a small business, I'm doing the absolute best that I can, but I can't compete with companies like Amazon that provide 2-day free shipping. I would lose $15-$20 on every order. I hope you understand why the prices are what they are, and hope you will love this olive oil and that you continue to shop with us in the future.
