Unfortunately, they do not have free shipping or returns and have a 25% restocking fee for items that are unused. Yes, I had opened the package, but I needed to see what I had purchased before realizing it was the wrong filter. For me that came up to $63 plus $20 to ship back. Waisted money. All the free shipping and returns out there you can find a better company.

This is a legit site. Filters shipped from a physical address in Pennsylvania, and were exactly what I ordered.

I would give 0 starts if it was possible. Lying to customers and misleading in description of products. Stay away. ebay and amazone much better alternative
