Henna SooqReviews of hennasooq.com

I been buying Henna Sooq products for a while I got to say their products are competitive, however I recently bought a ready to use henna for body art, it’s horrible don’t stain properly they said to put it on the freezer and it never worked. Even though they accepted that the henna was bad, they told me that they don’t have a no return money policy. THey send it twice and it came just as bad, please be aware of their policies. I feel very bad not only because I paid for a bad product, but because they didn’t took into consideration that I am a loyal customer. I feel betrayal.

I have been using a different brand of henna to naturally dye my once vibrant and fiery natural red/copper hair. I honestly tried to “age gracefully” and let my hair go to that dirty blonde and silver thing we natural redheads do; I didn’t recognize the person staring back at me in the mirror. The previous henna I was using was marketed to redheads and left me feeling so bright and pumpkin-y. I stumbled across Henna Sooq online and I started watching Khadija’s amazing videos, so I went for it. People have stopped me to comment on my color now and I’ve regained my confidence in feeling my color looks “right”. I think most redheads will agree we just want that natural looking color and this does it for me. I’ve always said that I came into this world as a redhead and I plan on going out as one too! Customer service has been excellent for me and shipping always is so quick. I’ll be on repeat with this company!

I have used henna and amla from Henna Sooq for several years. In fact, have amla from Henna Sooq on my hair with henna right now. This company offers great advice and quality products, and their shipping is very reasonable. I just placed another order with them. If I have any issues, I’ll report back. I would be very surprised if that were to occur, based on my prior experiences.

I do not normally write reviews, but after reading some of the reviews on this site, I had to give a testimony. I have been using Henna Sooq products since 2020 when I had issues with my hair falling out after having COVID. I have used all their products and have to share that they are beyond amazing. My hair has grown so much and I no longer have problems with shedding. I now have healthy hair! I have even referred this company to all of my friends and family. I use the products on my 10 year-old daughter‘s hair too. Their products are natural, great for your hair and super affordable. Their products have been game changer in my hair journey.

Reading all the negative comments about this side, I prefer not to order anything, the company is writing on a justifying expressions instead apologizing for what they are doing wrong. Not trust at all.

I scheduled what I thought was a virtual consultation so that I could ask questions about some of the products that I purchased from their website. When I opened the email and saw that the consultation was supposed to be in person at their salon, I called and asked to speak to the stylist that I was supposed to be having my consultation with (which I was charged $45 dollars for) and the very rude receptionist told me that she could not tie up their phone line for me to speak to the stylist. I then asked her, how in the year 2025 that the stylist did not have access to a cell phone she told me that it was not possible to speak to the stylist on the phone. If Khadja is going to have numerous tutorials on you-tube about Henna and other products that you sell, then they should assume that many people that are coming to your website are not local to their area. In the main bar under SERVICES they offer HAIR SALON COLOR CONSULTATION/ NEW SALON CLIENT CONSULTATION (which I assumed was in person)/AYURVEDIC HAIR TREATMENTS (which I also assumed would be in your salon.) I signed up for HAIR SALON COLOR CONSULTATION because I assumed that it was virtual. The option for scheduling a virtual consultation is buried at the bottom of their website where no one would think to look for it. I received an email later today saying that they would not refund me for the consultation or give me credit for a virtual consultation. I will definitely be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to see if they can help me resolve this issue. Now that I have been looking, I have found several reviews addressing their poor business practices/customer service. I'm sorry I ordered their products and will definitely be returning them.

As another review says, this store is fast to take your money but drag their feet to rectify missing items. Took over three weeks to get my full order so I couldn't color my hair in the mean time. Prices are high, products are comparable to other brands, and customer service is subpar. Their shampoo bar left my hair with flyaways yet greasy.

Do not order from this site. I ordered from mainland Europe, and after a while they said the delivery was made BUT i never received anything. I have been trying to follow up with them in vain. While their site looks legit, they are very likely to be fraudsters or very incompetent at what they do.
