I was skeptical about taking my CCNA online because of Cisco's strict proctoring, but Help My Exam proved me wrong. From the start, the company showed total professionalism. Robert Smith walked me through there secure technical protocol and calibrated my laptop perfectly. The remote setup worked flawlessly behind the scenes with zero flags. If you need a safe company to secure your IT certifications, Robert and his team are the gold standard, I passed easily.

They are scammers, and fraud they said they can refund you money when they aren’t, website said 45 days when they said 90 days and they will fail to tell you to make a minimum 700 treshold to have instant refund and they will not provide proof of refund been processed . Do not used any of their services endless you happy to be scams.

Hello. We want to openly address this review for anyone visiting our page. Our business, domain, and this Trustpilot profile were only established recently in 2026. Because of this, it is completely impossible for anyone to have used our services back in 2022 when this was posted. We love getting feedback because it helps us grow, but this specific review is unfortunately fake and belongs to a completely different entity from years ago. To our future clients: we stand proudly behind our work and our recent 90%+ success rates. If anyone ever has a genuine question or needs help, you can always reach our team directly at [email protected]."
