HelpDesk.comReviews of helpdesk.com

The older system that was included in my livechat subscription worked much better for me. The new one is way dearer and complex for my needs, it cost me many hours to set up and have found so many bugs. and opened multiple tickets It's nothing but an expensive frustration for my micro business. they are now bribing me to get a review. I replied to the invitation asking do they really want one from a very unhappy customer? The answer was the usual rhetoric. it will be interesting to see if they come good with their offer. and with the system they released and starting charging for way too early. Guess what you guys, this is the future!
