If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve had a UTI for over three weeks and turned to Wisp because I live in a state with a 6-month wait for a primary care appointment. I told them the antibiotics didn’t work, sent in a urine culture, and waited three more days for help, only to be told that the original prescription should have worked and that I now need to be seen in person. That’s not just dismissive—it’s irresponsible. If your service exists for people with limited access to care, you have a responsibility to do better. This feels like a money grab disguised as care.
