I have been a wisp customer since 2020 and the last time made me never want to do business w them again. I have been experiencing some symptoms that over the counter treatment wasn’t effective and decided to get the oral option through wisp physician waited acouple days while I was experiencing discomfort.

In the past , this company & service was fast & efficient w/consistent communication. In this past week, I’ve been asked the same questions a few times delaying my treatment . Then it was finally shipped , but didn’t get it yet. Wrote to ask if it could be called into my pharmacy . Was told , can’t cancel your shipment , just re-order. I re-ordered & a MD wrote, go see a healthcare provider. >$200 later , no product , no treatment from Wisp. Something is off — totally inconsistent , slow , overpriced ! I’ve gone to another telehealth service & was taken care of immediately .

I was prescribed a medication I was allergic to after clearly stating this in my profile. The company was very slow to respond to me and I ended up needing to go with a different company as I couldn’t get what I needed in a timely manner.

I tried to get a medicine , when I went to CVS to pick up my medicine they say you have paid only for the prescription but when I paid this company I was charged for the medicine $50 . It’s all fraud.

I bought a medication last year. At Safeway, buying the medication gave me a refill. Trying to refill this medication, all Wisp had to do was call/contact Safeway to okay the refill. No, I had to pay another $39.00 to get the refill. Not good customer service.

Dr took way too long to respond to my request for medication. By the time my script was sent to the pharmacy it was well into the afternoon of the next day. Very disappointed after being a loyal customer.

I had a bad and strange experience with Wisp. I’ve never used it before but have heard generally good things about it. I’m on vacation and my doctor’s office is closed for the holidays and won’t open again for 3 days. I ran out of Zofran, an antiemetic I take for gastroparesis, and thought it would be easy to get it on Wisp; it’s already a medication I have a prescription for and it’s a relatively benign medication with minimal side effects. Without Zofran, I have bad nausea and vomiting and obviously don’t want to deal with that for three days whilst ON VACATION. The doctor reviewing my request not only denied it because “gastroparesis medication shouldn’t be prescribed over telemedicine,” but she also suggested I take a different medication for it?? What?? My doctor and I have already talked over the other antiemetics available and decided to go with the safest option with the least side effects… which is Zofran. Don’t recommend this site if you have a “complicated diagnosis.” I bet if I’d used my anxiety diagnosis instead of my gastroparesis one they would’ve prescribed it. Ironic.

I ordered my medication Thursday night last week and it didn't go out for 6 days. Still don't have it. Says it wont be here until this Saturday. So that's 9 days. My problem might be over by then. I'm not happy.
