I went to my pharmacy to try to go pick it up and it says this item is not available. I most definitely do feel like I got scammed.

I ordered 24 hours ago. I went to two pharmacies, and neither had my prescription. I have reached out over 6 times and not gotten a response. It appears they took my money with no intention to provide the service. I have reached out multiple times to support and demand a refund. Its a scam

I had a mixup when trying to place an order that I wanted delivered to my pharmacy immediately. An older order was activated and I was told I could not change the date to have it sent earlier. I started a new order and paid extra to expedite and two days later my pharmacy still doesn’t have it. I started this process on Monday and it’s now Thursday. Also that I’ve been a client for years and I don’t appreciate having to redo the questionnaire and if you get interrupted and don’t save it you’re booted out of the system and have to do it again.

Paid for the medicine online with promises of FREE sane day delivery. The only delivery options were a WEEK OUT so I opted for next day pick up at a local pharmacy. Upon arrival at the pharmacy, I was told that I had to pay for the medicine in full. So what did I pay for on the website?

I ordered an emergency contraceptive that was advertised as one day delivery. It is now the end of day two and it has yet to ship, I contacted support and they said they could not cancel my order because it was already in the shipping process but could not give me a tracking number. This medication has to be taken within a certain time frame and I won’t receive it in time. Support offered me no solutions I am extremely upset and feel I have absolutely wasted my money. If you can’t deliver in one day don’t advertise it. The product may be good, I wouldn’t know but don’t rely on their timing or customer service.

Everything went wrong. I had previously used a different provider and decided to try this one out. I had to reach out and tell them that the first order never left their warehouse despite having a shipping label created after a week. Order arrives and despite the fact they stated it was for 1000mg the instructions say to take half a 1,000 mg pill each day. Customer service told me that I could purchase an entire second order for another $300. Back to Roman I go. These people are awful and they do not understand customer service one bit. The kicker was on the second ticket I had to create for my second problem they told me that my information did not match. I copied and pasted the same exact information I pasted into the first email. Why is this company even using email for this type of service and this type of information? Avoid wisp and go somewhere else! Edit- No I'm not contacting your support email one more time. THIS is part of the problem! You shouldn't be using email for this when you have a secure web platform to handle it. You have major authentication issues over email also! Your support states they cannot match me to my info I've copied from my own portal. I cancelled my subscription to verify me to you!

I ordered on July 24. It is now July 29 and it still has not left for shipping and it said it would be delivered within 3 to 5 days.

I ordered something that apparently couldn't be shipped to Australia. I contacted them and told them I had organised for MyUS to return the package unopened and requested a refund. They refused. So I spend almost $70.00 on a product I never received. Horrible company.
