Not going to be using this company again in the future. I needed medication prior to going on vacation. I was informed the prescription would be sent that day...pharmacy never got it... followed up with my pharmacy the next day and still wasnt there. I was messaged that the prescription was called in, but still not received... I essentially paid $40 consult for nothing

Pills did not work. Started my period a day after I started taking it. When the goal was to delay it.

Incompetent! They will try and scam you! They canceled my subscription just so they could charge me a “reactivation fee”. They’re are so many other options out there. No need to waste time and money on incompetent scammers!

Wisp charges you just for the prescription- they leave that part out. That you’ll have to ALSO pay at the pharmacy. Do not use this brand. It’s a rip off. They will not give your money back. So if you’re like me and a poor person without insurance do not bother. You’ll end up paying over $100 for Ella- when it should be about $40. Use project Ruby instead. The fees you pay actually pay for the medicine. And not just for the “consultation”

They charge you full price for the meds $70 for 30 days of doxycycline. I’m sure a minute clinic can write a script and I’d pay a fraction of the cost. Rip off.

There’s something wrong with the prescription and the pharmacy has been trying to contact the provider to fix it but they have been unable to reach them.

Not telling your patient how much their birth control is going to cost is abhorrent, I understand that you guys are distributors and prescription writers but telling your patients how much their meds will cost BEFORE you order them is important and feels deceitful when left out. Never using this service again.

I had a bad reaction to the medication and asked for it to be changed and no one got back to me so I had to go somewhere else for the medication
