Good overall. It seemed to take 2-3 business days for the prescription to be sent to the pharmacy, when initial emails said it would only take a few hours. Thankfully, when I went to pick up my prescription, I was able to show my insurance card and get it for free, which is exactly what I wanted.

Overall it was good. There’s somewhat of a disconnect between patient and provider that could be an opportunity for improvements.
