I have to have a consultation in my state. There is no one available, but I have paid to receive a medication that I cannot get without the consult.

Prescription was first not fulfilled then after trying again was charged full price there was no clarification on how to add insurance when I fixed that realized was prescribed the most expensive option so insurance denied it. Gave up, was looking for a faster streamline solution and this was not it.

Ordered a same day pickup because it was urgent but the pharmacy was closed. Reached out to Wisp asap for either a cancellation of prescription or change of pharmacy but they got back to me at 6:50pm (emailed at 2), asking which Pharmacy I'd like to switch to, but all the pharmacies have already closed by then.

My order for prescription wasn’t filled correctly and then I I got told the information they asked for was incorrect and there was nothing they could do to help me and than after the fact of needed it they want to tell me the prescription that didn’t get filled was going to when I didn’t need it anymore

Be warned that NOTHING THEY CLAIM ON THIS WEBSITE ACTUALLY HAPPENS. IT is not fact it convenient. I requested 1 pill for a simple yeast infection 3 days ago that is still sitting for approval. Be warned if you select shipping… it’s coming snail mail in a week.
