I ordered a product, forgot to apply discount code, it’s not been shipped yet and would like to cancel and they said it’s been processed and cannot be refunded or cancelled. What a joke DO NOT ORDER

The medication never arrived at my pharmacy. I had no customer service that I could call bc it was beyond 630.. I suffered all night.. the advertising says get your meds in 1-2 hours but I didn't even get them in 24 hrs. I took a couple times going back and forth with customer service before they would give me a refund for their false advertising. i ended up going with amazon telehealth which was perfect and I wont use anyone but them again.

Used to be a wonderful service, what happened? I have used Wisp several times over the last few years for quick treatment of UTIs and yeast infections. They seemed to really get it. You know your body and your symptoms. They made it easy to get quick treatment. I also used a few of their products--they are great. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been a nightmare. They only prescribed 3 days of antibiotics for a UTI. When I questioned it, they said that's apparently the new standard. I just knew that wouldn't work for me, but I took the antibiotics as prescribed. Four days later, I was no better than when I started. I sent a message through the online portal. It's been 48 hours, and no response. I even uploaded 2 additional home tests. Sent an email to support, and they said they would notify the provider and I can expect a response in 24 hours. So, 72 hours to get a response from a provider (THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID AND THERE IS NO CHANCE OF A REFUND. FULL STOP.) about a condition that could potentially turn life-threatening. I kept thinking they would respond, so I held off going to my regular doctor. But, at this point, I have to. Headed there tomorrow morning. $100 poorer, but 100% smarter. I will never give Wisp my business again.

The service is so bad! I placed an order and they took to much time for placing it, so I emailed for cancellation and then they issued the prescription and said that they couldn’t cancel my order because they had already issued the prescription. Nice way to get advantage on clients!

DO NOT USE THEM. Their customer support is some of the worst out there, as well as their policy being no refunds no matter what. Doesn't matter if you get the medication or not, they take your money and run away with it.

I needed my medication and the pharmacy that they sent it to. You did not have it and still doesn’t have it until likely today or tomorrow. I emailed them on Saturday and Sunday to move my prescription to a different pharmacy and I never heard a response back.

I overpaid for the service AND the medicine! Unless you have money to throw away, just go to the doctor. Totally not worth the money!

I should’ve listened to the reviews that said don’t bother. The good ones clearly misled me. I made an account, answered every question, and gave them my credit card info. Wisp told me to get a urine analysis and vaginal pH test, which I did right away and uploaded within an hour. It’s been 36 hours and I’ve heard nothing — no help, no treatment plan, no prescription, no communication at all. Women’s healthcare is already so hit or miss, and I was really hoping this would be a reliable solution to the challenges we face getting into a physical office. Unfortunately, it’s not. Don’t waste your time or money here.
