I’ve gotten medications from Wisp in the past and the process was very efficient and easy to use. However, recently I ordered a BV/Yeast at home test kit because I wasn’t sure which one I was experiencing. The test came back negative but I was still experiencing symptoms so went to a PP after getting the results and was told I had a yeast infection. So I basically paid $180 or however expensive that kit was to receive inaccurate results. What a waste of time and money.

Terrible company. The fee does not cover the cost of the meds. When I called to cancel my subscription I was told I would get a refund within 24 hours and It never came.

Worst service EVER. I ordered on Monday, it's now Wednesday, still not processed. Apparently they chose not to process my order and rather than notify me then just let my order sit there and decided to lie when I asked yesterday saying the providers were busy with a "high volume."

It advertises as 1-2 hours to get your prescription sent to your pharmacy but I’ve been waiting 20 hours with no response or even hearing from a provider. I’d recommend a women’s clinic over using this site. It may be a scam. I am unable to cancel until it is finished processing and unable to get a refund without the provider authorizing the script. This is a scam. Do not use this website.

What Happened to WISP? Several years ago, it was same day service, relief within hours. Now it's been FOUR DAYS & nothing has been done I requested medication on Fri morning on a subscription item, within the hour it was "processing" for one item & "in review" for another. Unfortunately despite several email inquiries the status never changed. There is no person to speak to, and the email correspondence is SLOW. Four trips to the pharmacy in 4 days for NOTHING. Finally on Monday night I cancelled these requests & hope for a timely refund. They have obviously lost fact that requests for these types of medications are time sensitive. Got the same meds from my health insurance 24/7 online feature. There's options out there, just google for similar companies & stop wasting your time & money here and get the quick relief WISP used to provide.

I paid for three months worth of birth control, but got one. Figured I'd get the next pill set the following month, nope. I got well based on you insurance...... Contacted my insurance and it fell on wisp, now I don't have control and we're highly frustrated with the results and responses/.

Constantly being told different things. Communication is inconsistent. One person will tell me one thing and other will tell me another. Feel like I am being lied to constantly. Been getting birth control for over a year through WISP at this point and I am beyond disappointed and confused with them. Very annoying….
