I went to the pharmacy to pick up and they said that the doctor isn't licensed in my state and I will have to pay $300+ for the birth control pills. I did all that for nothing and I'm out of the money I paid on the app.

My prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. It took 4 DAYS going back and forth on messenger (it takes HOURS to get a response and its never from the same "person") for them to finally call my pharmacy and put in my prescription. In those 4 DAYS that it took I had another outbreak. All completely avoidable and I am suffering for their mistake. I will never use this service again.

It was quick and easy to complete the intake, but shipping of the kit took longer than expected (delivery way delayed and didn’t arrive for 5 days). In the time it took for the kit to arrive, I was able to get into a doctor, have the swab done, and get a prescription. Given how uncomfortable a yeast infection can be, this doesn’t seem like the quickest way if you are able to see a provider within a week. I have now paid twice for the same care, given that the kit is non-refundable.

Would not recommend, especially for travelers I would not recommend this service if you are traveling or need time-sensitive care. I used WISP while on vacation in Las Vegas specifically to obtain prescription relief during my trip. I went to the pharmacy twice, and both times the prescription was refused because the prescribing provider did not have a medical license valid in Nevada. As a result, I never received the medication I paid for. When I contacted WISP support, I was told that providers are licensed in my home state and that all sales are final, even though the prescription could not be filled where I was physically located at the time of service. Offering to transfer the prescription or switch to delivery did not resolve the issue, as the service was needed while traveling, not after returning home. Licensing limitations that prevent prescriptions from being filled out of state should be clearly disclosed before payment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to travelers or anyone needing care outside their home state.

Have not received medication.

This company operates fraudulently. The charge you for services or scripts, then deny care. Customer service is not helpful - requesting more personal info (such as drivers license) before agreeing to refund the charges fraudulently made on the credit card. I do not recommend anyone using this service.

Signed up, added items to cart, checked out. Then im asked to upload ID and fill out questionnaire, so thats what I try to do. I get a pop up saying to verify my account through confirmation email that they sent. I never received the email (yes, I checked spam folder also). Requested it again, didn't get it. Emailed customer service, after a few emails back and forth they say they have sent a new confirmation email. Guess what?! I never received. Couldn't even get my account opened. Told them to cancel my purchase. I' ll find a better company to take my business to.
