So-called doctor and not even sure if it's a real doctor said that I put on there that I had a fever with a UTI when indeed I did not. $58.50 for nothing that's what they do here total scam and rip off. The situation will be resolved when I get my money back.

Apparently “same-day service” doesn’t include weekends. If I had known that, I would have just gone to an urgent care center.

Fairly convenient, but the timing isn't always quite right, so I often have to go in and request my birth control prescription be filled earlier. The big draw of this service is supposed to be access to UTI prescriptions, etc. right away, but when I requested them, it took forever and I ended up going to urgent care anyway, after sitting around in pain for longer than I would have normally. They sent a message telling my my prescription would be called in within 24 hours, and it was almost 36 hours later when it was finally submitted. Also it was expensive, it cost almost $75 just to request the prescription that I never got (before even paying for the medication itself at the pharmacy). Really nice customer service though. Editing to add: I sent an email to the email address in Wisp's reply below to see if they'd address the charge for the prescription I didn't get, and the response was, "Thanks for letting us know you had a great experience with Wisp!" So... maybe not always the best customer service after all.

Took too long to respond. Says same day but I got mine two days later waiting for responses that take 24-48 hours to respond 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have used wisp in the past and been very happy. Normally get RX within 3 hours. however, today my experience was not the same. I have a uti and was messaging back and forth very promptly this morning. They have collected my payment for $65 and shows my order is “processing” for over 6 hours. I’ve messaged back multiple times, and not heard anything from anyone. It’s almost been 12 hours since I first inquired today. At this point, I should have just gone to an urgent care.

Meds the 1st time were sent in a timely manner. But the second ho around deserves 0 stars. I have yet to hear from a doctor

Save your money with that omg cream. Feels like putting menthol/mint on your clit. Smelled like toothpaste. It’s just gross. Good thing they refunded, but I’m here to warn y’all to save your time and money.

I didn’t feel like the website is clear enough. I needed one medication fast and the whole time I thought I was paying for the full medication turns out that the $100 was just for the prescription. At least the actual prescription didn’t end up being so expensive but I wish that the process would have been more clear. Another I didn’t get was why the pharmacy didn’t give the full amount of medication that I was approved for. Again, feel like the website isn’t really clear on it’s process.
