Convenient, but not consistent. One time I asked for a prescription for anti-nausea medication and I got 15 pills. The next time they gave me 2…yes, 2 pills. Not even 24 hours worth of a dose. I’m not using them again.

Got this excited to use. Followed directions and felt a icy hot uncomfortable burn for about 20 minutes. 30 minutes after application my whole private area was numb. Didn't feel much of anything. Gave up trying to finish after 40 minutes.

The first time I used the service they were quick. I raved about them and now my second experience has been very long. I started experiencing symptoms over 24 hours ago and tried to get ahead of the situation before it got worst but they took so much time and now my symptoms have gotten significantly worst. To add to the issue you have to pay ahead of time so you’ve lost your money already and still have to wait to receive service.

Response times are long. You’d think the site would be convenient for those to use to get medications quickly in a timely manner but it doesn’t. Often times I have to wait a day or two to get my medication. Which isn’t good for those having immediate symptoms that need to be addressed for relief.

I paid a premium for rush processing, which they state can be done in ~3 hours. All day I am monitoring my inbox waiting for a reply from the doctor, and they have you order meds before the provider confirms they are able to subscribe. I said screw it and decided to book an appointment in-person for the next day-- if this is going to be so much more $$, it better actually be done in 3 hours and not require me to go to the doctor's office. Then I had a hell of a time canceling the order even though all they'd given me was a couple of copy/paste cursory messages, no diagnosis, no prescription, etc. Total ripoff for anything urgent, though I guess it could be useful if you're willing to pay for convenience and able to wait around for messages.

I still have not received my prescription it's past the 3 to 5 day window and when I tried to contact you guys the support email did not work

Not happy. I began using wisp instead of somewhere else. I have never had an issue except this time. I am on 2 days with no meds.. tomorrow day 3. It's not even here on time and it's on auto fill. How do YOU get off auto fill schedule that YOU created? And now YOU left me without, going on 3 days, my medication!?!

Well not only, it was time consuming providing all the information that you needed then making a payment and then wait for an answer. But then picking up the PEP on time within the 72 hours window time frame, just to receive 2 pills. I think is not practical at all. I would think it would be a better idea to have a few more pills or refills, without have to go through the same process again. I am not blaming the Doctor but maybe their methods used for prescribing patients are not ment for the patient in mind, but rather for the benefit of the company.
