They charged me for a prescription that I did not request to be renewed. I did not sign up for subscriptions. Money hungry company, I would not recommend them!

Customer service is nonexistent and really not helpful.... I just don't see how this company is revolutionizing womens reproductive health like it claims it does. I'm not sure what they were thinking, as if women and people with uteruses weren't gonna take matters in their own hands. As if the demand and need for these reproductive products wasn't gonna sky rocket. I'm sorry, as if they care. Its all a money grab. My period is yet another a bill each month. Thank you America.

Epic failure as far as emergency contraception goes. I ordered a 6 pack of generic Plan B from Amazon for a fraction of the price I paid on Wisp, but I wasn't sure it would arrive on time and Wisp looked faster. But it was 10 days before it shipped and 2 weeks before it arrived, while I received the Amazon package in 5 days. Not planning to use this website again, ever.

Awful customer service waited 4 days just to be told since I’m a man they couldn’t help me. They didn’t have a problem charging me $80 to tell me that. Never will use again!

The response from Wisp is so gross. Keep your LGBT and your abortions..basically, Let's leave a sustainable planet for the animals, because we plan to go extinct from no procreation/killing our children. Disgusting. They ship drugs in non-childproof jars. What kind of physicians are these? Support medical freedom but please protect children. Also I would never recommend this company to someone because they push agendas that I don't value in the least. I find over half of the emails I receive to be propaganda. Why can't we have a safe place for real women(and children)anymore? While the medicine has helped with my condition. I'm taking my business to a company with values that align with my own.

To order the prescription and get access to the doctor was smooth; however, when I got to the pharmacy, the pharmacists stated that I would need to pay $70 to get the prescription. They also did not honor the card that stated that we can present at pick-up. It is much easier to just go through your primary doctor. for the same/similar medication. It was a waste of time.
