My order was “lost” in the mail and then they sent my prescription to a pharmacy near me and the pharmacy said the doctor wasn’t legit. 100% would not recommend

I suggest sorting these reviews by most recent. They’re all 1 star. Wisp is not same day, not 24 hrs, not even 48hrs. They’ll string you along and tell you a doctor will be in touch in 3-5 hours, nothing. Then they tell you a doc will be in touch shortly, still nothing. I was assured the doctor would be in touch yesterday after I mentioned I snagged an appointment with my actual doctor. That didn’t happen. It’s now Saturday. My doctor is closed and my only options are costly urgent care and costly ER. Wisp has not replied to me today and they’ve already charged me $65 for the medication. I can’t go to the urgent care until I get my refund because I can’t afford to pay for my appointment and another prescription while Wisp ties up my money. I’d like to say this is a fluke, but last time took 48hrs too, but they assured me it would never happen again. Well, it’s been worse the second time. I’m not sure these doctors understand how quickly a UTI can go from mild to severe. I’m starting to spot blood today and very concerned this will impact my kidneys. You need to remove 24hrs from your website immediately. It’s borderline fraudulent to make promises you clearly can’t keep based on these reviews. Update to reply to Wisp: you have not tried getting in touch with me. I always reach out to you. And you won’t resolve this because you just emailed me to say you can’t help after 3 days of stringing me along. You encouraged me to wait and not see my own doctor. Now it’s Saturday and my doctor is closed and you’re saying you can’t help. After making me wait 3 days. This is an automated response, not an actual agent. Continue to be disappointed and still in tons of pain.

It’s been two business days and my pharmacy has never received the Rx. When I contacted customer service I was told yep, we’re behind. We’re working on it- sorry. Make sure you don’t make any phone calls so you don’t miss ours and delay the process further.

I don't see any benefit, at Walmart with the card they don't give any discount. Don't throw your money away.

I ordered my medicine at 9 o’clock in the morning. Spoke with customer service several times and kept getting told that they were going to contact the pharmacy for me but they never did. I drove to the pharmacy four different times, looking like a fool and my medicine was never there like wisp told me it would be. Now I can’t get anybody to answer my emails and I’m out $69. What a horrible website.

You pay for a consult for every dose and this is not disclosed until you get the meds. That means $22 for two pills every time. Just go to your doctor and save money. Doxy is super cheap and this business model is greedy.

Didn’t actually send my meds to the pharmacy in time. Wasted my money and time on their unfulfilled promises of being able to pickup quickly. False advertising.

This establishment is uninformed as to what pharmacies are able to fill their prescriptions. When I tried to fill my prescription at a local CVS, which wisp offered to send my prescription to, the CVS told me that this physician was not covered by CVS and that they could not fill my prescription. This is a ridiculous oversight for Wisp and could have been completely avoidable. We had to try multiple pharmacies and pray that they would accept the transfer from CVS and that they happened to cover this physician. So frustrating.
