I decided to try Wisp because of the advertised 24 hour response time, but it has now been almost 80 hours and the only updates I can get are that they’re “working hard” to get to my order. Would not recommend for anything remotely time sensitive! Update: It’s now been 90 hours with no further updates, including after I emailed as requested below.

Doctor prescribed medication. Sent to emergency script to pharmacy and pharmacy refused to fill because insurance company said there was a quantity limit. Wisp refused to intervene to seek an authorization and now I paid for doctor visit with Wisp and didn't get the care that was promised because Doctor and Customer Service refused to work with my pharmacy and insurance company. Although Wisp says they won't work with insurance company or pharmacies, the pharmacy won't fill it without intervention from Wisp, which they won't do because they "don't work with pharmacies or insurance companies." Customer-NO-SERVICE

If I could give this company a zero or a -5 I would. Never talked to a doctor just trying to get doxy pep and was denied giving the exact same information that my husband did, and he was approved for two pills and I was told I needed tested first. Recently tested by my doctor and haven’t been sexually active since have no signs of an STI. All I wanted was pep for protection. Update. Wisp couldn’t respond directly so they used trust pilot without checking that I’ve already spoken to their customer service department and got a refund for their false advertisement….. That’s why I’m definitely giving a zero star. In fact they deserve a -5 star.

Not only did this medication not stop my period but it prolonged it throughout my entire 2 week vacation, and is still going strong. I didn't stop it until yesterday in fear that I would start bleeding heavily (which I did) with no way to get supplies. I guess I will have to go visit my real doctor.

Honestly, the whole process was horrible. I still haven’t even gotten my medication yet from my local pharmacy and this is 48 hours after I have a UTI. I’m an unbearable pain. I don’t believe I will ever use this program or recommend this program to anyone. by the way, what isn’t mentioned in their response below is that they gave the wrong date of birth, so it would not pull up in the prescriptions. I didn’t know that until the next day I let them know again that it hadn’t gone through they found their mistake. and I am sitting here more than 48 hours still without a prescription. Point is if you need to get something done in a timely manner do not use them. Trust me it’s not worth it. The cost or the weight.

This company sells products that are private in nature, yet they send more texts and emails than you can imagine. Multiple in a day. When you place your order, it asks if you want to be included in texts, which I decline regardless, I received dozens. Very embarrassing. I will never order from them again. Update:After writing this review, they proceeded to call me three times in a row on a Saturday morning. When I say three times in a row, I mean one right after the next within moments of each other. Disrespectful and unprofessional.

My period still came on despite following all instructions. I had to go buy tampons while on vacation today. Not worth the money.

If you have a fever over 100.4 or you have back pain they will take your money and tell you to see a doctor in person. PlannedParenthood charges $25 and has a checklist to make sure you qualify before you pay.
