Very friendly with James. Makes a difference when the technician is friendly and let's you know what he is doing. Did not repair something that didn't need repairing. Witch happens a lot.

Organized neat clean professional. Took apart washer then extra time to look up reset codes. Washer is high end Samsung. Same issue as with my refrigerator and microwave. Touch panels, which must be favorite for repair companies.
