Offered a 7 day trial and charged £89.99 immediately. Refused a refund via Apple and PayPal despite having a photo of my 5 year old son's iPad showing a 7 day FREE trial? Have contacted simply draw direct with no response as of yet...

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. Charged me for both monthly and annual subscription plus songbook thing I didn’t sign up for - all even though I cancelled one day into a 7 day free trial.

I guess I signed up for a free trial at some point, but they make it impossible to manage your account. I have an email showing that I spoke to customer support to cancel the account a year ago, and they claimed my account was cancelled. A year later and they suddenly charged me over £100 again. Dealing with the site is a nightmare.

There is no way to cancel this. Be careful.
