It took a while for the doctor to join the video call but it was an easy process once we started. I explained my symptoms and we discussed several treatment options which was very helpful. Using HelloMD is so much easier than driving to visit a doctor and waiting for a card to come in the mail which is what I had to do a couple years ago. Highly recommended!
