It was really easy to sign up, and the Dr . listened to me and the to face interview went well.

Consultation is good but expensive.

Doctor was polite and direct. And competent. She inspired confidence.

Doctor was fantastic, process was quick and easy. My only complaint is that although it says it works on mobile and on IOS, it doesn't. Started the process on an iPhone, and it wasn't until AFTER payment had been accepted and there was no way for me to complete the process that they informed me they were no longer in the app store and that I had to use a computer to finish. Kindof a pain.

Everyone I interacted with on HelloMD was personable, knowledgeable and pleasant. Navigation of the HelloMD website is a bit clumsy but my overall experience with this company was A+

The zoom app was hard to figure out. After toying with it for about 20 minite the rest was a piece of cake.
