Straight-forward, discrete and professional. Appreciated the physicians insights and genuine concern.

It couldn't be easier to fill out the paperwork and get a time to video chat with a doctor. The entire process is painless. I'm giving them four stars for their business model. The doctor was another story though. Dr. Arthur Gresen was more interested in making his way through a script than dealing with a patient. I asked a question at one point and was told "Don't interrupt. Now I've lost my place in my spiel". (It was apparently fine for him to chat with his Rottweilers though.) I kept my mouth shut after that. To be fair, I was allowed to tell him my medical history beforehand and there was time to ask any questions at the end. He was condescending throughout and I don't appreciate being told when I'm allowed to speak. I'm 64 yo and not a child!
