Very informative. Her style VERY direct which could be off-putting to some people. I didn't know what to expect so got quite a bit of input about medical issues I wasn't expecting. But will take back to my PCP.

HelloMD was very helpful guiding me through the process of getting approval for treatment. We are not technically savvy so we needed advice at each step. I'm sorry but I do not remember the name of the Dr I talked to, but he was a kindly gerntleman, with beard and glasses. He asked pertinent questions and was very informative and professional throughout our interview.
