Very knowledgeable, gave me lots of good info, answered my questions fully and forthrightly. I wish I'd been able to write down her info faster, but my crippled right hand is the problem I'm seeking help for! She had a lot of opinions on the mainstream medical community which were amusing but harmless, and may have kept another patient waiting. Hope not!
