Quick & easy. Doctor was friendly, but seemed rushed. All in all, a good experience.

Over all the experience was good, had trouble with the pay button. The doctor was great, she gave me a recommendation for topical cream.

My doctor had clearly read through my information thoroughly prior to our call, and had detailed notes to communicate with me, both during and after our session. The only constructive feedback I would give is that we moved very, very fast. Our call lasted a total of maybe 2-3 minutes. She went through her talking points with incredible efficiency and asked me a few times if I had any questions. I honestly didn't have many follow-up questions to ask, so it worked out fine, but I could tell that she wanted to wrap up the call as quickly as possible. One suggestion may be to tell the doctor to have calls that last a minimum of five minutes, and to go through their bullet points slow enough to allow the patient to fully hear and process the information in the moment. That said, overall I was satisfied with my experience.

My appointment with the doctor went really well. I was nervous I would be judged or feel pushed aims for what I may not know add I often do with other doctors. Instead, the doc was kind, non-judgemental and offered solutions tailored to my comfort-level and health goals. I really appreciated her compassionate communication.
