Seemed a bit rushed, but obviously was listening.

I thought the doctor was very personable, easy to talk to and very informative. However, our conversation cut in and out quite frequently(hard to follow at times) and I do not remember his name.

He was personable and respectful of my 92 year old mother, Katharine. She does have a question.... She wants to know where he went to medical school and 'what kind of doctor' he is. Thanks.
