Do not trust them - Taking your money and not refunding.

Complete scammers, forcing you to pay, than forcing you to get a pregnancy test even though I already know Im not getting pregnant and wont be. monique at helloclearhealth.com Is rude as well and shouldn't have a job - Update - If I didnt give this honest review, they would of not refunded me. For some reason after this review they are refunding and closing the account. What of been better to be upfront first.

We understand that the requirements surrounding isotretinoin (Accutane) treatment can sometimes feel overwhelming, particularly when a patient feels certain that pregnancy is not a possibility. However, these requirements are established through the FDA-mandated iPledge REMS program, which all oral isotretinoin prescribers and patients must follow. Pregnancy testing is required for patients classified as able to become pregnant, and appropriate documentation or verification may be necessary for patients who qualify for a different classification. Our responsibility is to help patients navigate these requirements while ensuring their treatment remains safe and compliant with federal guidelines. We also recognize how important it is for patients to feel heard and respected. Our team made efforts to provide clarification and additional support, and we regret that those efforts did not result in a more positive experience. We want to clarify that our approach to resolving patient concerns is guided by the circumstances of each case, not by whether feedback is shared publicly. We take every concern seriously and strive to find fair and appropriate solutions.
