I wrote a long, thoughtful review on how I had a bad experience with one of their products, hoping to save someone else the grief of ruining their skin. After submitting the review, I had to verify it via e-mail, but it never appeared on their website. I'm concerned that they may not be publishing any negative reviews.

My daughter ordered items for Christmas, I had no issues with the delayed delivery but when we got the package half the order was missing. We have emailed and called several times with one reply. The email they replied with asked what items were missing, so we answered the email and after weeks of emailing and calling them we still have not had any answer.
