We like the products however we did not get any updates of when it would arrive. Normally with overseas orders there is a constant parcel tracking update system where as with this the parcel took 3 weeks to arrive & we had no feedback on when it would come. So it took way too long & you should provide a parcel tracking update system.

The customer service was amazing along with the timing of the package to arrive. Also The product it's self is exactly what it describes.
